Forex EA

This project is to code a forex EA with following specs:

- EA should read buffer 0/1 of first indicator for buy/sell trades
- EA should read buffer 0/1 of second indicator for exit trades
- EA should consider market hours to enter/exit positions
- EA should consider news events to enter/exit positions
