Indicator convert to new MT4 language

Hello

I would like someone to update this indicator for me by converting it to the latest mq4 language update that includes ONInit, OnCalculate etc. this should not take a few minutes.

I am using EA Builder.com to write a new EA however because the language is old it does not intergrade with their software.
