Create an indicator for MT4 and then create an EA based on this indicator - $250 in total

Hi good day. Please read the following very carefully before responding as I have had difficulties finding the right developer for this job....

I would like one developer only for this job who is able to create both the indicator and the EA from start to finish...

1st the job is for $250, broken down into milestones of $75 for the indicator, $75 for the EA and a bonus of $100 after testing the EA for two weeks if it works according to the indicator requested here. The reason for this indicator 1st is to see that the developer has created it exactly according to the strategy and can be seen in real time displaying on the chart, then from there the EA can follow under a separate job.

I'm looking for someone with the necessary coding skills but also someone who is easy to communicate with...

It will be useful if you have had experience working with Roy Kelly"s Cycle-identifier which is used for this indicator and EA...

The other indicator we use is the stochastic.... the stochastic is used to confirm the cycle signals as the cycle-identifier is a repainting indicator.

I will give a complete description of how the indicator should function when I select the developer but here is a brief explanation..

In short, we use the 30min time frame cycle signals which becomes the trend on the 15min chart to trade the signals on the 15min time frame. So we only trade on the 15min time fame but get our trend signals off of the 30min time frame and then trade in the direction of the 30min signal on the 15min chart.

On the 15min the stochastic then confirms the trade on the 15min time frame. 

What is very important to me is that the position of the stochastic is taken on the open of the new candle...not the close of the previous candle...So on the open of a new candle it's something like this....New candle forms on the 15min time frame and Exactly 1 second after the new candle has formed ..if you had to pause the screen right there and take a snap shot (just once)...see where the stochastic is...Is the blue line above the red line of the stochastic or below...based on this enter the trade if you have a cycle signal on the 30min and the 15min..then again on the next open of the new candle the same thing, just once..

So the stochastic is checked only once at the beginning of each new candle.... If you are not able to code this then please don't apply for the this job as the strategy only works off this....the previous developer was able to do this but unfortunately didn't complete the indicator.....

The other thing is that your code / script will have to constantly "fetch" buffers or check on the chart to see if what cycle signals are present at  any given time as it does repaint...so you might enter a confirm trade only to see the signal repaint and then the code has to "look back" to see what signal is present and then trade according the that signal.....this is important...

So if this makes sense to you then I look forward to working with you....

The Indicator you create will look something like this on the 15min chart

On the chart you will display arrows for buy and sell entries and crosses for the exit.....Green arrow for buy entry and green cross for exit and red arrow for sell entry and red cross for the exit of the trade. Once this is working 100% then you can convert this indicator into the EA for taking trades...

Below is the Cycle-identifier indicator window and the stochastic... this I already have on the chart so all I need from the Indicator is to display buy and sell arrows and exit crosses on the 15min chart....nothing else.

This will show me that you have coded the indicator correctly and from there we can create the EA to function exactly the same as the indicator..When you get a buy arrow then the EA will enter a trade exactly on the start of that new candle according to the arrow on the indicator and exit on the exact same place as the next exit cross on the chart...I will have both the indicator and the EA on the same chart to see that they both function in tune with one another..

The signals for the indicator must not be a repaint indicator....once it displays a buy or sell signal on the chart it must not repaint until the next exit cross according to the strategy (regardless if the cycle signals repaint or not)...this way I can check that the indicator is functioning according to the strategy as this is where the EA will enter and exit trades.

There are other conditions for the exit which I will explain in detail, but if you can do the above then the rest should be straight forward enough.

So to be clear this job is to create just the indicator which the EA will be based on....I will create a separate job for the EA..
