Create an expert adviser based on the custom indicator

Good day! 

I have a custom indicator. I have the EX4. file but I got no MQL4 source file. I need an experienced professional developer to create an expert adviser based on the custom indicator i provided. This is an non repaint indicator and it has 3 modes, which is Aggressive (3), Moderate (2), Conservative (1), please see attachments.

EA Requirements:

Open an order when there is a new signal pop up. 

I want the EA to work in these ways:

1) Open a buy position when a buy signal come out and the EA set hidden TP & SL (editable). Open a sell position when a sell signal come out and the EA set hidden TP & SL (editable in input). 

2) If the trade hits TP, close the trade and wait for the next signal. If the trade hits SL, close the trade and wait for the next signal. 

3) In the same paring, If there is a new signal pop up during the existing trade is floating with Negative before it hits the SL, the EA straight away close the negative trade and open a new trade based on the latest signal with double of the previous trade's lot size. The EA has to set a TP (hidden) based on the previous losing pips/2 plus X pips which allow me to cover the previous lost and make some profits from there (the X pips requires can be editable in input). This strategy continue until the position is closed with profits. After that, the next is open an order based on the latest signal with initial lot size and TP & SL (hidden). 

4) In the same paring. If there is a new signal pop up during the existing trade is floating with Positive before it hits the TP, the EA straight away close the positive trade and open a new order based on the latest signal. 

5) Trailing Stop available but make it an optional in EA input. Need the parameter setting.

6) After Job done, the MQL4 Source code is needed.
