Hello, need someone to code an EA for my strategy

Hello guys, I already saw a similar request cause the strategy I use is pretty much the same. 

I need someone to code an EA following an idea of mine and that is able to translate some pine script code from tradeview indicators. I could not load the pdf so I sent some pics from the file.
