Advance Expert advisor needed

I am looking to buy an expert advisor with open source code.

Must:

- No be martingale
- No be grid
- Not be a .DLL sca (I will check because source will be required)
- Backtests with spread above 10 on EURUSD(other pairs 15) Profit even with such spreads.
- Backtests should survive at least 8 years .
- DD Less than 25%, Profits minimum 3-4% P/M (Closed trades)
