Close Open Trade on MACD Cross (SL/TP)

Hey I'm not sure if this would be an EA or a script but here it goes:

Ideally it's a script I just double click after being in a trade I opened manually and that way I can forget about my trade and it will close it when the macd crosses against me for 1 period and that period closes across.

Currently:
I open positions manually in various time frames (15,30,1h) 

I close (TP/SL) my open trade(s) manually on the immediate open of the following period/candle/histogram bar of the MACD if the previous period/candle/histogram bar CLOSED across the 0 line from the trade direction.

For example:

I'm long
Histogram bar value is >0 
Histogram bar value becomes <0 (nothing happens yet)
Period ends (closes) with value <0
Immediately upon open of the following period my trade is closed.

- It must be set to the MACD settings I need

- The "Period" must be changeable. Whichever way is simplest but ideally if I'm taking 1 open trade on the 1h and have 1 trade open on the 15min, I want the 1h trade to follow the logic to follow 1h as the closing of the period. (Not sure if this is possible, how would you tie which timeframe I opened a trade in to what the period it should be etc.. Unless we hardcode the period in the code and I have 3 different versions of the script I can execute on 3 different charts loaded in their respective timeframes?)
