EA to trade and Send Telegram Signals

I need to create an EA that will trade and also be able to send telegram signals

Name of Strategy: Mid MA

Required- Bollinger Band- Will give more details on the values

    Buy Setup

1 ^st Condition

Price goes below Lower Band

2 ^nd Condition

Price goes back into the band, after sometime

3 ^rd Condition

Price is bullish, and a bullish bar closes above MA, but below the upper band. This is the buy signal candle, buy on the first tick of the next candle.

SL and TP Rules

SL- Count 3 candlestick. The signal candle, and two candlesticks before it. The lowest low among these three candles will be our stop loss.

TP- we will be taking two trades at a time. 1 ^st TP will be same size as the SL, giving us a return of 1:1, while second TP will be double the SL, giving us a return of 1:2. Have this return ratio in the external inputs.
