Hello, I'd like to develop an Expert Advisor for mean reversion. Here are the specs below

FLOWCHART ATTACHED

1. The idea of the trading system is as follows: market entries are established when 1) the Upper Shadow or Lower Shadow is outside of the Upper or Lower Bollinger Band (20,2) and 2) the Upper or Lower Shadow is a certain length in pips.

2. Buy signal - all are necessary on most recent prior candle

Low < Lower Bollinger, and
Close minus Low > or = 6, and
Close minus Open > or = 6, and
No open positions

Buy @ Market Price with OCO Stop Loss = 11, Take Profit = 8

3. Short signal - all are necessary on most recent prior candle

High > Upper Bollinger, and
High minus Close > or = 6, and
High minus Open > or = 6, and
No open positions

Short @ Market Price with OCO Stop Loss =11, Take Profit = 8

Necessary:

System begins at 8pm Easter Standard Time on Sunday
System runs check of prices / Bollinger every time a new candle is formed
System closes out ALL positions on Friday at 3:59PM Eastern Standard Time
