Pending Order EA in specific date/time with trailing stop

Objective. 

The EA should be able to put pending orders buy/sell stop or buy/sell limits in given date and time. it should also be able to cancel orders if not trigged in specific time Eg. 5min later after placed pending orders. 

also should be protected EA username/password and must have expiration date (incase someone copy i don't want them to get program easy).
