Develop an EA based on these requirement

Please help me to develop a new EA with these requirement

1. Grid strategy = the EA open an order using grid calculation.
2. Grid Step= The EA will open martingale order if the Buy/Sell order price has down/up for every 25 pips. 
3. Hedging strategy (The EA will open 2 orders which is BUY and SELL at the first time and will open another martingale order based the grid step pips
4. Take Profit parameter and function = All existing orders TP will follow last martingale order TP so the EA will close all the orders if the TP is hit
5. Stop Loss is zero means no stop loss. 
6. MQL4 Source code needed
7. Lot Size martingale setting= From 1st to 10th orders. So I can set custom martingale lot size for each order.
8. Allowance trades = Buy and Sell are 10 orders for each side. If the BUY/SELL order already reached 10 orders, the EA will only open the another side until max 10 orders as well
9. Order comment: Robot Order so I know the order opened by the EA
10. Licensing system by Account number and expired date.

If default TP set 20 pips

1st order TP= 20 pips

2nd order TP= 25 pips

3rd order TP = 30 pips

4rd order TP = 35 pips

5rd order TP = 40 pips

6rd order TP = 45 pips

7rd order TP = 50 pips

8rd order TP = 55 pips

9rd order TP = 60 pips

10rd order TP = 65 pips

All existing orders TP will keep changing follow the last martingale order TP price. So once the last martingale order hit TP, it will close the whole group existing orders.

I need all the parameter settings.
