Limit amount and Limit price of BUY/SELL order for all chart

My MT4 terminal have several charts open with running EAs and differents currencies pairs. Need to control maximum of BUY/SELL order of this terminal. Once open trades already reach max setting, then the ea will prevent otber ea to open more order
