Hi, 

I want a simple EA (including source code) for automated trading in USOIL once a week based on Crude Oil Stock Change.

The only thing this EA should base it's actions on is the weekly Actual Crude Oil Stock Change number vs. Forecast.

The main reason for making this trade automated is to place a new order in USOIL based on the predefined rules and inputs faster than I'm able to do manually.

The order should be placed within a fraction of a second for this to work optimal.
