Need programmer to create EA to be traded on Renko charts

EA Rules:

EA Name: Renko Thief in the Night

Running on multiple Renko Charts. 

Entry rules:

Enter after specified number of consecutive candles that change direction. (Number of candles to be specified in EA inputs)

Enter after first candle that closes after the previous trade closes if the candle closes in the same direction
  as the previous trade. (continuation trade)

Exit rules:

Exit when price reaches the last high or low if the last high or low is two or more candles from the entry point.

   If the last high or low is less than two candles from the entry point let the trade run until the first candle
   that changes colors closes.
 
If the candle changes color and closes before the price reaches the previous high or low, close the trade.

Inputs:

Magic Number:
Lotsize:
Stoploss:(in pips)(0 means no stop loss and trade will close after first candle closes in opposite direction.  Anything above zero disables closing trade
   after first candle closes in opposite direction and only closes trade if specified stop loss is hit.)
Add current spread to stop loss: (y/n)
Trailing Stoploss: (0 means no trailing stop loss)(Anything above 0 disable stop loss and closing of trade after first candle closes in opposite direction)
Add current spread to trailing stop loss?: (y/n)
Push Alert: (yes/no)
Pop Up Alert: (yes/no)(Alerts should trigger when a trade opens or closes and should say ((Currency Pair) Buy/Sell Opened/Closed)))
Number of consecutive candles in same direction to enter:(this doesn't apply to continuation trades)
Max spread to enter:(in pips)(If current spread is above specified number, no trade will be entered.)
Enable/disable continuation trades: y/n
Enable/disable trade stacking: y/n (This tells the ea to enter a buy or sell trade after every candle that closes in the same direction as the initial trade
  entry.  Once the exit criteria is hit then all entered trades close.)
