Wanted: I am seeking an experienced EA developer to develop a mechanical based EA to my exacting specifications. EA will be based in mechanical operation, and not technicals or stochastics. Source code must be provided at completion of project. Applicants must have experience building EA’s in the past. Applicants must speak fluent English. Must be able and willing to provide ongoing support after completion of project. A pre-bid conversation with each applicant will be mandatory before contract is awarded (I want to be absolutely certain that you understand all project features and requirements before submitting price). NDA will be required.
