I need an EA/Indication that allow you to open 1 trade with 3 TP and 1 SL orders for each pair/all pair and move SL when profit hit

I need an EA/Indication that i can attach to the chart and able to open 1 trades with 3 tp and 1 SL targets and close partial lots and move SL to break even once each TP hit.

It must meet this criteria: 

1. Designed for MT4  
2. Open 1 trade with 3 TP and 1 SL (Multiple target level TP1, TP2 and TP3 and SL) (Able to customise)
3. Able to partial close when each TP hit
4. EA Never forget to move SL to secure profit
5. Hit the TP1 then EA close partial and moves the SL to above +5 PIPS, Hit the TP2 then EA close (2nd) partial and moves the SL to above +5 PIPS, Hit the TP3 then EA Fully close the trade.
6. Able to Switch PRICE mode or PIP mode 
7. Set Stop Loss by Price or Pips as your chosen mode
8. Must have a licence key to activate the EA 
9. Trader panel preferably 
10. With the Option to Hide the SL and TP target

I OPEN A POSITION BUY AT 141.100

LOT SIZE= 1.00 LOT

When attaching the EA/Indication, It must meet the above criteria: 

TP1= 141.300 (20 Pips), Close partial when Tp 1 hit and move SL to above +5 pips 

Lot size for TP 1 = 0.3 

TP2= 141.600 (50 Pips), Close (2nd) partial when Tp 2 hit and move SL to above +5 pips 

Lot size for TP 2 = 0.3 

TP3= 142.100 (100 Pips) Fully close when Tp 3 hit. 

SL = 141. 500 (customise)
