Very simple easy EA required

Very simple EA.

1. I need to create a pending order (specifying price, buy/sell, lots size, TP, SL) when price reaches a target level 

2. I need to do this at 4 different target levels (each with own pending order details) 

3. I need an alert (box, push, email) every time pending order is created

4. I need an indicator on the chart showing unrealised PnL in % (e.g. if balance is $1000 and equity is $900, I would like to see -10%)
