Buy sell when color change

Hello There, i need a Expert Opening buy or sell when color is Blue or Red like this

That is a actuell chart i just write that you understand, only the trend line need to be looked.

I need TP SL and Trailing stop.

Market Hrs to trade.

When a trade is open and the color change, close the actuel position and open the new signal.

He needs to work in every time Frame.

Expl:

Line is Blue and a Buy is opened, now the line becomes Red, wait 1 Candle Line is always red then close the buy and open a Sell.

Same is for the other side.

The indicator i have only the ex4 but i hope it is possible to create a EA with that.
