Want 2 Signal Indicator , 1st Signal based on MOVING Average, Heiken ashi and 2nd Based on ADX

1st Signal Indicator

When market close below Moving Average (Any moving Average i can use) 
and heiken ashi candle is in red it should give Sell signal 
and vise versa for sell 

Option to use one indicator so i can use only Ma or only hiken ashi for signals
Option to change parameters for indicators
Option want breakout option true and false

Buy Signal 

2nd Signal Indicator (Adx)
When adx main line crosses above  Particular level mentioned 
and than if +Di and - Di give positive crossover it buy signal and vise versa for sell

Option to change paramneters and levels
Option want breakout option true and false

Its should have alerts , notifaction and email features too
When arrow signal come it should make text file
