Closer EA

I need a easy MT5 EA who will close  trades when following conditions come: 

1. if there are two open orders in the same direction in the same instrument the EA should close both (time is irrelevant) 

2. if there are two or more open orders in different instrument the EA should close they if are opened 

in the same timeperiod.

buy EURUSD  10:34

buy EURUSD   14:02

=close both directly

buy EURUSD  06:30

Sell GBPUSD  06:30 

=close both or all if there are more than two at the same time.
