Place pending orders while markets are closed

Hi there, I want to ask you to develop a script / EA in order to be able to place pending order while the markets are closed. I do my trade preparations most of the time in the evening and it would be efficient to setup the pending order and place them automatically when markets open. I would like to implement all typical buy / sell order types but this is an option we can discuss. The same for SL and TP. I would be interested if this would be possible as a script or only via EA. Thanks in advance
