SendNotification 函数被禁用了怎么办
我的SendNotification 函数不好使了，手机客户端收不到信息，之前是可以的，应该是频繁发送数据被禁用了，大家遇到过这种情况吗？
你现在解决了吗？我也遇到同样的问题。
我换了电脑、换了账号、换了ID，结果还是不行。出现下面错误。
