How many days did you wait? Because few hours waiting is nothing (it depends on paypal, and it depends on how the money is going through).

In Russia, the money is going to paypal from Russian bank to the German bank in Moscow, after that - to the US, after that - to paypal to the Europe ...
If you are in China so it may be more complicated way ...
It means: the money is not going directly from paypal to MQL5 because there are some corresponding banks and so on.
Besides, MQL5 account is refreshed periodically (once a day, or several times in a day) ...
