On the past, they were working faster and more accuratly...
Today: no support chat... i sent an email to them 2 days ago, but no reply till now...
I sent payment request and the client paid and uploaded his documents for verification... but they are taking longer time then on the past...
They are trusted but they are worse every new year...
I have two accounts with them, one for me and one for my company!

You have one more hour from now to approve the funds else i will close my both accounts with you and i will use other banks... a lot of banks offer very fast approval for payment through links... it is not good in my work to wait days for single payment!!!!!! any minute is important!!!!!!
EDIT: they didn't contact me even! i will never use this bank again... i will close my account and my company's account.... the client paid my request 3 days ago using Paypal which is very trusted way to pay with... but the money still on hold!!!!
ADVICE: never use them bro, it was perfect service on the past but currently they don't care about us or our money or our time!!!! BOYCOTT
EDIT: i see now in the website that i must wait for 2 days more... so a single payment of 300 EURO will take 5 days to reflect my account... the client paid using Paypal which is 100% trusted way of payment...
ADVICE: if you are professional, freelancer or company: never use payoneer anymore, they will waste your time and you will loose all of your clients because of them... my client is very mad at me and not satisfied now, because i can't deliver his code before i see the money in my account... A simple work of 3 hours taking me 5 days to deliver it...
