Thank you for your support and trust. Wish you all happy and prosperous life. Stay blessed.

Sunday 7th Feb 2016: waiting for spread to narrow and the dust to settle from friday before we go live with pound Aussie system.

Trades basket closed close to TP. All systems switched off for the week to pass NFP and Friday. Funds reduced to $7k as per investors request. cheers and have a good weekend.

RBA policy statement on the dovish side. RBA: Revises down forecast terms of trade a little further, Sees 2% to 3% inflation in 4Q 2016, Same as November. retail sales down as well.

We should be able to book profit with the current basket of trades. After that trading will shut down today to pass on NFP news tomorrow + it's end of week Friday.

Also, I will remove the some of the capital from the master signal account to accommodate lower balance requests from investors to match lot sizes in their accounts. Will leave $6k - $7k in the account. Cheers and have a good weekend.

Important message for Real account signal subscribers:

Now that real signal subscribers are growing at a rapid space and we are receiving requests to reduce the master account balance so that the smaller investor's accounts can have their initial lot size increased. This is the only way to increase the lot size because mql5 lot calculation is based on master balance vs investor's balance. It will be done with in the next 2-3 days or less. This will not have any impact on bigger account sizes.
Showcase accounts will still be linked to show we believe in our system and have our own serious money on the line. Thank you for your support.

Explanation of high drawdown (44%)

Back in NOV 2015, we doubled the initial lot size from 0.05 to 0.10 on 18 Nov when the account balance was around $17k CAD. This decision was made based on the account behaviour of low drawdown with good profits but unfortunately right after we increased the initial lot size, GBP/AUD pair took a huge dive (more then 469 pips from the initial lot of 0.10) and we got caught in running negative equity of aprox. $7k CAD when the account balance was aprox. $17k CAD which registered a huge drawdown of aprox. 44%. To be honest it was a wake up call for us and we knew that this was a mistake and right away we started planning on exit strategy. We dumped the basket of trades on a retracement with an acceptable loss of $1k on a $17k CAD account balance in an attempt to cut our losses short.

Based on this incident we decided not to increase the initial lot until we withdraw few times higher then initial investment first and then in second phase the initial lot size will be increased in very small increments once the account size will grow to at least $25k.

Aussie Pound showcase 1 & 2 accounts lot size were not increased and hence those accounts did not register the huge drawdown. (I have linked those two accounts under the signals for a proof).

Dear Subscribers,
I have decided to close the existing basket of trades with some loss on today's retracement because we got caught on the wrong side of the move. Some of the reasons for this aggressive move to the downside for this pairs was:
- H&S neckline break on D1 chart to the downside on Thursday 19th Nov.
- 20th Nov follow through of downside push fuelled by risk rally on World stock markets. (GBPAUD normally goes up with risk-off sentiment and goes down with risk-on sentiment other then the fundamentals of individual currency economies)

We could make good money on this retracement to the upside but due to total lot size already opened, I was not comfortable keeping it in the market and decided to cut loose. unfortunately this aggressive move came right after we increased the initial lot size and hence registered a large drawdown. I have also decided to reduce the initial lot size back to 0.05 and will keep it this way. Things are now under control and we will recover the loss soon here.

Thank you for your support.

Reply to Kumawat's concern:

Hello , Thank you for raising your concern. I really appreciate an open communication and constructive feedback. Please note that the GBP/AUD of 1 regular lot trade was opened after approx. 5 mins of AUD employment news release after analyzing the data. The data was a bullish shock to the market and explained in details in my previous post. I would never open a trade like this before the news release because we would not know the direction but I hear you and will not open any such manual trade in this signal account. Thanks and cheers. Please raise your questions or concerns by using the message service as the feedback does not allow to reply and explain for all other investors or potential investors. Please at least consider changing your feedback to include that " the trade was opened 5 mins after the news release after the analysis. Thanks and Cheers.

ORIGINAL FEEDBACK From KUMAWAT:

Hi Usman,

Your system is very good and profitable. i subscribed recently.

In any system money management should be top priority and you need to be strict to that for long term success. There is no hurry to rush and no need to take any extra risk which is not in plan.

See to day after Aussie news you open one full lot position which is 15 time higher than initial entry (0.07) with current equity. Lucky this time news was in your favor and suppose if it is against you than you have to close in huge loss. because you cannot open more positions with higher lot in same direction of losing trade.

So please , we trust your trade plan and expect from you to strict to that money management. so please do not this type of gamble again by opening an entry with one full lot instead of .07 which is based on equity.

I hope you understand my concern. Protecting the Capital and following a solid MM and strict to your trade plan should be the top priority. Do not worry about the subscribers they will come automatically. Investor are more sensitive to trader's trading style than return.

Thanks

I have opened a manual trade short on Gbp/Aud on extremely bullish AUD Employment Change news (just out): Full Time Employment Change 40.0k in October and -13.9k in September. Part Time Employment Change 18.6k in October and 8.9k in September.

Earlier we had Claimant Count Change news out of UK, which was bearish but GBP was supported by a better than expected Unemployment Rate of 5.3%.

I have already moved the stop loss to breakeven + 2 pips and now we will ride risk free trade. Worst case scenario, we will be out at no loss but looking at the daily chart, as long as we stay below middle BB and close under middle BB on a daily close BB, the price should push down. I am also looking for sentiment and reaction from trader from Sydney & Tokyo after lunch time for another push down around 9:00 pm (MT) followed by London & New York traders to react. Also, there is no high impact news scheduled for the rest of the week from UK & Australia so basically Aud will be well supported against other currencies especially GBP & Eur.

There is no fixed TP for this trade as this will based on several factors (i.e. sentiment, technical levels & fundamentals). The manual trades are rarely executed as it has to be a very bullish or bearish shock to the market for it to move. Thanks and happy piping.

Pound Aussie system
Important note when setting up the signal copying in your account: (Deviation/Slippage)

I suggest setting the deviation/slippage to at least 2-3 pips due to bit higher volatility and spreads for gbp/aud pair. The end goal is that the trade is copied in your account. You don't want to miss the next trade just because of bit higher slippage. This system goes for wider TP so few pips here and there does not make much difference but copying all trades is important to follow the grid. thanks !
