I am an MT4 user that can no longer download indicators from the MQL5 website. When I try to download an indicator for installation on my copy of MT4, here is what happens.
With MT4 up and running, I select an indicator from the MQL5 Market tab. Then, I click on the "Free Demo" option for the indicator. When asked by the system if I have MT4 running I click "Yes". After doing so, absolutely nothing happens. I've attached a snapshot taken from the Journal which is apparently a log which might help you better understand what is going on. I hope this enough info for you to resolve this problem.

The other day I was trying to download an indicator. Even though the page (see attachment) shows that my download was successful, I also at the same time received an error report (see same attachment) showing the download failed. I've since tried to download "free" indicators as well as indicators I purchased in the past. All failed to download. Can you please look into this and offer tour thoughts on why this is happening? Thank you.
