Description This is a sophisticated hybrid momentum indicator that combines the classic Williams %R oscillator with Bollinger Bands. Unlike standard Bollinger Bands that are applied directly to price, this indicator calculates the volatility bands based on a smoothed Williams %R value. By smoothing the raw WPR data before applying the standard deviation formula, the indicator filters out market noise and focuses on significant momentum shifts.
