Overview This update focuses on improving user control over trading hours. We have moved the session time settings from the internal code to the user input panel and simplified the configuration process.
Key Changes:
New Session Settings Group: A dedicated "Session Settings" section has been added to the expert inputs. You no longer need to edit the code to change trading hours.
Simplified Time Input (Hours): Session start and end times are now entered in Hours (0–24) instead of seconds.
Example: To trade from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, simply input 8 and 17.
Granular Daily Control: You can now set distinct operating windows for:
Sunday (with an optional "Ignore Sunday" toggle).
Monday – Thursday (Standard trading days).
Friday (End of week).
Force Close Options: Added toggle switches to automatically close open positions at the end of a session (Close_At_Session) or specifically at the Friday close (Close_At_Fri_Close).
User Benefit These changes allow for rapid adjustments to trading schedules—such as avoiding Asian sessions or trading only specific overlaps (e.g., London/New York)—without requiring a recompile of the bot.
