Week 52: Last week of the year. Moderately satisfactory week even if in the end we still gained +19 despite the fact that it was reduced to 4 days. Thursday evening we had to endure a DD of 10 with 2 positions and I had promised to end the year with zero DD so I had to cut the last positions last night at -27. We therefore end this month at -10.5% given that the two losses of the previous weeks have not been completely erased. This brings us a loss of -91 for the entire month. Consolation we are
Week 51: Another bad week, in any case not easy. Wednesday evening a sudden drop caused us to hit the SL on US30 so I also cut the GER40 but I kept the positions in FX which were less exposed. Then I worked to make up for this new loss. As a result we ended the week with a balance of -34 which added to the loss of the previous week which I had not completely erased brings us a loss of -120 for the entire month. Consolation we are at zero DD with a capital of 783. The general result is +19%. I
Week 50: They happen from time to time, here's one. I'm talking about a bad week. It went wrong on Thursday when I doubted the rise in GBPUSD that I had taken bullish. It went down at the beginning, I couldn't control my emotion and so I cut it, registering a first loss. Then I worked to go back step by step but the market was quite unpredictable so I cut everything Thursday evening to preserve our capital and to start again on Friday "from zero". Week 49 : Very good week. No DD therefore daily withdrawal of winnings. For the week +42 (well beyond the objective) and so same withdrawal amount. Earnings for the week +29 (a little bit beyond the target) and therefore the same withdrawal amount. Overall signal performance +40% and max DD remains at 8.8% (under 10% which is my ideal objective). Monthly earnings +332. Week 47 : Week OK. Only a DD of -36 (3.6%) Tuesday evening so 4 days with a zero DD and associated withdrawals. Earnings for the week +73 (beyond the target) and therefore the same withdrawal amount. This is despite Thanksgiving day disrupting Thursday and Friday but I played it extra safe. Overall signal performance +33% and max DD remains at 8.8% (under 10% which is my ideal objective).
