ECB president Draghi surprised the market by cutting interest rate on Thursday. The move pushes short term treasuries in some of the countries (Germany, Austria) to –ve zone, urging investor to sell euro & invest in some other asset class. The euro broke the 1.30 important level & is trading at 14 month low at 1.2932 with the day’s low of 1.2920. Going forward the strong support for the pair is 1.2750 – The level from which it has bounced back thrice in the year 2013.
