Техническое задание

I need an EA that can trade the futures market.  It would open a trade a specified number of points (I would like to be able to set the number of points and adjust it as necessary) above or below the market.  When a trade is opened I want it to continue in that direction until it retraces a specified number of points (I would like to be able to set the number of points and adjust it as necessary) then I want it to open a trade in the opposite direction.  If the EA was turned on and the specified amount of points selected was 10 for a buy and 10 for a sell and the market dropped by 10 then a sell position would be opened.  After that the market dropped 30 more points and the EA did nothing until the market rebounded and regained 10 points at which time a buy trade would be opened and this would continue until the EA was turned off.
