Need auto trader that created buy/sell based on price direction

I need an auto trader that will do the following:

1. Monitor price direction for specific pairs based on a particular candle i.e. 3am candle and either create a buy or sell order depending on if price moves above or below that candle.

2. Would also need a trailing stop loss feature that would automatically adjust the stop loss once specified number of pips has been captured

3. Need the ability to modify which pairs are being monitored and what candle buy/sell is based on

More detailed example...

If price moves x pips above, 10am candle of XXXUSD then create buy order, otherwise if price moves x pips below create sell order.

Once X pips of trade captured, and trailing stop of x pips
