Second job based on breakout EA

I need the EA you created for me to be modified to only open one trade at a time, sometimes the price circles in and out of the rectangle for a couple of hours sometimes until it decides what direction to go, and during that time the EA opens lots of trades when the candle comes back and forward, so once a trade is opened, that is it, make the EA wait for the trade to close to look for another entry.

make the ea place a vertical line where the trade was placed so I can visually see where the trade was taken, also make the EA alert desktop and push notifications when a desired amount of pips is reached, please make an input for this named "alert me when" So i can select the amount of pips so the EA notifies when the trade reaches that amount.
