Техническое задание

Hello, I would like the EA to be created as described below:
* EA should open live buy and sell orders "quickly and accurately" from the "color change" of the "Hull Moving Average" code (it can externally activate buy or sell options);
* I need the source code;
* Activate the magic number;
* Activate sound alerts and messages for the MT4 phone (you can activate this function externally: True or False);

If possible, let the indicator lines work inside the EA (if this does not interfere with performance)!

Because it is of the utmost importance that it be "fast and accurate" for live trading. This is essential!
