Техническое задание

Hi, I need to build an easy and really fast solution to save data from MT5 to the MySQL. I worked on this solution with three different freelancers and nobody was able to deliver it. Please, before you log in to the contest, evaluate if it is your best and we do not lose time. For the whole description please find an attached.
