Техническое задание

i am looking to design a mobile application that is able to handle trades, one can take a trade, put a stop loss and take profit and be notified when a set up is made.

my main issue is i do not Know where to start! can anyone help me those who have done it before or those with an idea of how it can be done. i am already well-versed in Mobile App development and have been trading Forex for the Past two years
