EA and indicator based on Double Bollinger Bands

I am looking for very simple EA and indicator based on double bollinger bands with different settings for each.

Here is the description given below, please read it carefully because I will need it exactly perform as per my requirements mentioned in description - 

Indicator - Bollinger Bands
two upper bb and two lower bb and one middle line which is common for both bb.

Bollinger bands settings should be editable for me
(but at a stage later when I want to sell this EA or put out a subscription for it to be used by clients, the BB settings should not be visible or editable for them)

Time frame - should work on all time frames

Pair - should work on all pairs

Options to select trade timings (apply chart time)

Option to select lot size

Option to write %risk to take for a trade.(either lot size works or %risk works)

Option to write number of pips for take profit.

Option to write maximum spread to take a trade, take trade trade only if the spread is below the written number.

Option to write trailing stop.

Option to work on demo account

Option to work on live account



Trade Entry - 
Price hits the outer bollinger band either it touches with wick or goes completely out and then crosses the inner bollinger band, enter long on the close of bull candle from lower BB and enter short on close of bear candle from upper BB.

Entry signal should appear on charts with certain symbol as an indicator, even when EA is turned off.

Also need sound alert option, push notification on android or iPhone, and email notification options.


Stop loss -
Text field to write stop loss manually.
If stoploss is written 0, then close the trade once the bounce back to the inner bollinger band from where it crossed.

After a loosing trade or a winning trade, for a new trade it should see again same criteria for entry, which is Price hits the outer bollinger band either it touches with wick or goes completely out and then crosses the inner bollinger band, enter long on the close of bull candle from lower BB and enter short on close of bear candle from upper BB.

Take profit -
Text field to write number of pips manually, 
If take profit field is written 0,

Partial profits 1
- Take partial profits of certain % money out based on lot size at certain amount of pips, option to write this amount of pips and the amount if percentage, if this is written 0 then take out certain % when price touches the middle line of BB

Partial profits 2
- Take partial profits of certain % money out based on lot size at certain amount of pips, option to write this amount of pips and the amount if percentage, if this is written 0 then take out certain % when price touches the inner line of BB opposite side

Partial profits 3
Take partial profits of certain % money out based on lot size at certain amount of pips, option to write this amount of pips and the amount if percentage, if this is written 0 then take out certain % when price touches the outer line of BB opposite side 

There should be option to write these all % amount and option to select the partial profit criteria whether to take out profits when touch BB middle, inner, outer or write pips for all three partial profits 

(Note - if the price doesn't touch the opposite side (outer or inner) of the bb or middle line of bb or certain amount of pips mentioned to take out first partial profit of 40%, trade closes by hitting the stoploss) 

Option to write certain pips when to move the stops to breakeven, if written 0, stoploss moves to breakeven when first partial profit target is achieved which is either certain pips or th middle line of bb

Option to write maximum loosing trades in sequence.

Option to write desired number of pips if achieved, do not take any more trades for that 
particular pair for that day.

At a time only one trade per pair. Do not take trade for the same pair when a 
trade is already active and the price touches and crosses multiple times to the inner or outer BB.

Option for writing a license key for demo and live accounts to sell it to clients

I will need the complete code for later use to edit and access.

And the code should be secure so that no one can access or edit it when I sell or subscribe clients to buy this EA. And should be locked for single device only.
