Техническое задание

The developer will be given a functional EA in which he must introduce the following two modifications.

1) Change the time format input (T1 and T2) to the following format aaaa/mm/dd hh:mm
2) Enter a new parameter so that in automatic volume mode it limits the volume of the order depending on the balance of the account with a new input data.
