Техническое задание

Parameters:

BUY: Buy when the green arrow of the breakout signal appears.

SELL:Sell when the red arrow of the breakout signal appears.

TP 1: Close on reverse signal. Close buy when the red arrow appears and 
close sell when the green arrow appears (true/false)

TP 2: RSI (if buy, when the indicator at 70, indicating overbought,
if sell, when the indicator at 30,indicating oversold) (true/false).

If possible, I would like the period 9,14,21 and zones 70, 75, 80 or 30, 25, 20 to be adjusted
