Техническое задание

Hi

I need a trade manager coded to my specifications which I have attached in JPEG  Format. 

There are 4 images which lay what i looking for and should explain how the E A  Should operate.

Please read through each image carefully before you say yes I can do it.

If you take this job please keep this in mind,  if your not sure on what to do then don't code your own version, just ask the question and we can sort it out.
