EA required for Donchian Breakout System

The Donchian Breakout Trading System is based on the Turtle system. Now i need an EA version of "Donchian Breakout System" Custom indicator that replicates the  trading strategy based on the indicator (to be attached). I require the EA to be programmed with the following parameters:

• EA trades open buy or open sell on breakout or breakdown of Donchian Channels when price is 'n' pips higher or lower than the channel and also uses Momentum or ROC indicator for filters or confirmation. I will attach the indicator for further clarification 
• The use of additional indicators  mentioned above for filters/confirmation  should have input parameters for adjustment. User  should be able to switch both indicators "ON" & "OFF", that is, filters should have the option of influencing trade signals or not...
• When a signal is generated each position must be opened immediately within the existing bar and not at the beginning of the next bar, based on the  Donchian breakout system (Indicator to be attached)
• Stop loss used will be the chandelier trailing stop loss 
• Position size will be a % of the account BALANCE/equity
• Only one position to be opened at any time. If another signal is generated when a position is open then it is to be ignored on the same chart. 
• Choose to trade within certain trading hours or days as defined by the user or trade continuously.
• EA's input parameter should include "break-even" function" after certain "n" pips is reached. for example, after 20 pips in gain, move stop-loss to entry point...
