Need an Indicator that can detect Double Top/Bottom using specific filters on multiple time frames on multiple pairs

Description:

Looking to have a market scanner locate double top/bottom on multiple pairs during multiple time frames using EMA confluence and traffic detection in first leg(opposing candle formed during first leg). This indicator will have a graphic display that will list all the pairs either from the watch list or manually added into the indicator and will monitor all time frames available on the MT4 platform(I'm not opposed to using MT5 either). Upon detection of one of the selected alert filters push notification, email notification and alert popup can be sent to the user.

Valid Double Top EMA Detection function:

When a double top first leg at resistance is formed price will retrace and close below EMA(user specified), price will then break back above that specified EMA and retest/reach the first leg's top/resistance( user can specify how many pips to the peak of the top or disable this variable) then proceed to move back down and close below the original specified EMA.

Once price closes back below the ema an Alert Popup/Push/Email notification should be triggered and the user can click on the pairs name to open the chart to review.

When a double bottom first leg at support is formed price will retrace and close above EMA(user specified), price will then break back below that specified EMA and retest/reach the first leg's bottom/support( user can specify how many pips to the peak of the bottom or disable this variable) then proceed to move back up and close above the original specified EMA.

Once price closes back above the ema an Alert Popup/Push/Email notification should be triggered and the user can click on the pairs name to open the chart to review.

Filter variables: 

• EMA: (default: ** ema)
• Peak Distance (user should have the option to enable this or work with the system's default) = Peak equals the amount of points from the original top the second top comes within to validate if its valid. The smaller the number the more equal the tops and bottoms are. The bigger the number the tops and bottoms don't look even. Most trades outside of 8 pips would be considered invalid
• Alert Notification on event: EMA confluence on candle close, 2nd top or bottom formed on candle close, Neckline broken on candle close (allow multiple choices to be selected)
