Create a 'new high / low of the day' indicator with alerts

I want an indicator built that will alert me when a new high or low of the day has been made. I want it to have the following ‘input’ features;

1. Set amount of candles it waits before alerting each day – so I don’t want it to start searching until 8 or 10 (1 hour) candles have printed that day.

2. Set amount of candles it looks back through to see the high or low during that number of candles. So if set to ‘8’ as an example, it only looks back through the past 8 candles for the high or the low and then alerts if a new high or low has printed.  

3. Have an input for what Pairs to search

4. Have an input for what time charts to search – M15, M30, H1 etc

5. Have an input to set the amount of minutes it will alert me before the candle close. So if I was using it to search the H1 chart, as an example, I may want it to alert me of this new high or low 3, 4 or 5 minutes before the candle close, so I can set up my trade.

6. I would like it to mark out on the chart the high and low of the day & also the high and low of the set number of candles (As described in point ‘2’ above).

7.  It would need to have an alert and push notification feature to send alerts to my phone. Ideally, both alerts need to tell me what ‘Currency Pair’ it is alerting me to.
