Техническое задание

I need a dashboard that scans all current currency pairs on the MT4 symbol for timeframes (that can be selected or display all) M15 - M30 - H1 - H4 - D1 - W1 for 2 moving averages (for upper and lower that can be customised for default 5 - linear weighted - high - shift 0 and 5 - linear weighted - low - shift 0), for example, if the ma 5 - high is outside the upper bollinger band for a currency pair on the selected time the dashboard should show value Yes or 0 and if it is in the past, should inform how may bar(s) before now (maximum bars can be adjusted in the setting) and if the ma 5 - low is outside lower bollinger band, the dashboard should show value yes or 0 and if it is in the past, should inform how many bar(s) before now (maximum can bars can be adjusted in the setting).

Furthermore, there should be an option to send email or push notification.
