Техническое задание

I am looking to have a particular box breakout indicator originally written in mq5 to be re-coded in mq4 (or have an indicator written in mq4 using the method contained within that indicator) - the mq5 file will be provided. 

There is less than 40 lines of the current code (most of the lines are simple functions or brackets!) so this should be fairly simple.

I would then like the following functions (with external inputs) to be added:

1. Time Frame 
2. Time Filter 
3. Day Filter 
4. Box Buffer (with configurable colour and line type)
5. Minimum bars closed before alert
6. Box Auto-reduce
7. Alerts (SendEmail, MessageAlert, Sound on/off, and Sound Type)
8. Bars look back 
9. Change the the indicator appearance from an unfilled outline rectangle to a solid box (with configurable colour as an input) with an option for vertical lines at the high and low of the box going across the entire chart (configurable for colour, type of line and on/off). 
10. I would also like the option to have text below outside of each box describing the length and size of that box (with an on/off input).

11. Font Name (for all text and numbers)
12. A display on the chart showing the above inputs (with Display on/off as an external input in the settings)
13. As part of the display there should be the average candle height since "time - 00:00" (constantly updating) or last x bars (constantly updating) or between two times (fixed) (as determined by the settings in the inputs) - I can again provide the script that this calculation is based on that can hopefully just be dropped in.  (This is not related to the indicator calculation but is for information purposes.)
