Automatic notifications when 3 indicators meet certain points

I am new to terms so please bear with me, I am not sure if this should be a robot or advice so will be happy for your expert opinions.

The reason I want to automate this part of my strategy is to be able to identify more trade opportunities at one time and to not have to sit and wait for the setup. The execution of the order will remain manual however spotting the setup of the trigger is what should be automated.

I am currently using 3 indicators which are MFI, RSI and MACD.

Buy trigger

Notifications should be received when:

1. when the MFI and RSI are bellow 30% and the MACD indicates over sold.

2. when the MFI and RSI are bellow 20% and the MACD indicates over sold.

*all 3 indicators must meet the bellow 30%/20% requirement at the same time.

Sell trigger

Notifications should be received when:

1. when the MFI and RSI are above 70% and the MACD indicates over bought.

2. when the MFI and RSI are above 80% and the MACD indicates over bought.

*all 3 indicators must meet the above 70%/80% requirement at the same time.

*If there is a better indicator for assesing over sold/bought then I am happy to consider other options.

*I am wanting to be able to run this on all forex and stocks and be notified any time the indicators match the above, is this possible without needing to have each pair/stock open at the same time?
