Техническое задание

Hi everybody, 

I am looking to get a "Switchboard" GUI panel coded which will display red or green 'lights' or colored boxes beside an asset when it has met some basic trending conditions using the 20ema and 50ema on the 4h and 1h timeframes. 

For example - if the GBPUSD is in a downtrend on both the 4h and 1h timeframe, then a red 'light' or colored box will display next to it. I would like to leave it running attached to a single chart, updating in real time based on 1h period close prices and ema readings - giving me the status of 15+ assets in real time. 

Also hoping to have access to the source code and be able to manually edit which pairs or assets the indicator displaying, if I ever wanted to change the list in future. 

I look forward to working with someone on this, and I hope my description was accurate enough.
