Техническое задание

Conforme anexo, eu preciso que seja adicionado um STOP ALL em meu EA. Já tem um STOP INDIVIDUAL por ativo. Mas preciso de mais um STOP ALL. Neste novo projeto, o EA deve fechar todas as operações de todos os ativos e aguardar a PAUSA para depois voltar a operar normalmente.
