Техническое задание

Hi im looking to get an EA coded. It’s based on two higher highs over a certain period   then a take profit at a certain pip level with a stop loss at a pip level also. Time frame will be variable. This is my first time ordering an ea so I’m new to this I want to be able to optimise it so most of the setting need to be variable including take profit ,stop loss time frame and distance between higher time frames . it will work on the close of the candlestick with a place order on the open of the following candlestick
