Ninjatrader 8 to MT4 bridge - copy horizontal lines

I need bridge to broadcast horizontal lines from Ninjatrader 8 to MT4. Creating line with specific tag on NT8 chart will copy to MT4 chart. If line will be moved in NT8, it will change also in MT4.

Actions in the NinjaTrader will be repeated in MetaTrader immediately. 

There must be possibility to set different symbol name (for example if in NT8 its FDAX and in MT4 it is DE30), set slippage (if price value is different), tag (tag name of specific horizontal line from NT8 to copy - to be able copy more lines).

I will need complete source code also.
